How billing works

  • Each outlet is billed monthly, in advance, through our payment partner.
  • If a payment is missed, the outlet gets 5 extra days. After that, the outlet's access pauses until the payment is made; no data is deleted.
  • You can cancel an outlet at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid month. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
