Big AutoGrid is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped.

How the Service is delivered

Access is provided online at app.bigautogrid.com. After your order and first payment are confirmed, we set up your company and outlets and send login details to your registered email within 2 working days.

Data import

Where we import data from your previous system, we agree a timeline with you; this typically takes 3 to 7 working days after we receive the data.

Renewals

Each monthly payment keeps the outlet's access active for the following month, with no further delivery step.

Problems with access

If you cannot access the Service after payment, contact us using the details on our Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.
